the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our New Year's experience a pleasant one.
the rooms were not particularly clean , there was quite a bit of dust under the bed, which wasn't ideal.

The location is convenient, with a restaurant/bar on the ground floor, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. the staff at the hotel is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. Despite some cleanliness issues, the rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a well, functioning bathroom. the breakfast, though basic, offers options like croissants, bread, jam. There is also a variety of drink choices, such as tea and coffee.
The strong cigarette smell in the bedrooms could be off, putting for non, smoking families.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. This made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area and enjoy our holiday. we appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in our stay, providing us with a simple yet sufficient start to our day.
There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not satisfied with. the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par.

El Menchia in Sousse was a great place to stay during my trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had, and their warm demeanor added to the overall positive experience.
In terms of negative aspects, there was nothing to complain about. All aspects of my stay at this hotel were excellent, leaving me with no room for improvement.
